Transport information

PROCESSING AND TRANSPORT

  • Order processing takes 1-2 working days, after which your order will be shipped and delivered within 1-4 working days for domestic orders and 2-14 working days for international orders.
  • Orders made by Customer after 6 p.m. will be processed next working day. Delivery times commence after processing of order and after the goods are shipped.
  • Tamara Concept One s.r.o. cannot accept any liability for unforeseen delays caused by the postal/parcel service.
  • We cannot accept any liability for items lost or stolen after delivery, an incorrectly entered address or orders damaged on delivery. In these cases contact us within 24 hours of order delivery so that we can file a complaint with the carrier.

DOMESTIC ORDERS

  • All domestic orders are delivered by GLS or Zásilkovna, whichever you chose.
  • Once your order has been processed, shipping will take 1-2 working days.
  • Most domestic shipments are delivered within 3 working days of the order date.
  • Orders are shipped when all items in the order are ready to be shipped.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • All international orders are delivered by DHL or GLS, whichever you chose.
  • Once your order has been processed, shipping will take 2-14 working days depending on the country of delivery.
  • The customer is solely liable for applicable customs charges, taxes and duties. Contact your country’s customs office about charges and rates applicable to packages arriving from outside your country. The customs authorities are required to indicate the value of your order on the parcel itself.
  • After placing your order, you are responsible for all applicable import charges and the costs of shipping back to us should your shipment be rejected based on the reasons on your side

METHOD OF PAYMENT

You can pay for the order by credit card online, via online wire transfer to a bank account or via transfer to bank account. We will ship your order only after receiving the payment.

NOTE: All delivery times commence after 2 days of processing of the order.
