Return or exchange products


  • If possible, please contact us at before returning a product and we will agree the appropriate procedure with you.
  • In case customer-consumer, returns can only be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • In case that you as a customer terminates the contract within the mentioned 14-days period, always complete the “Contract Termination” form and e-mail or post it to us together with the returned products.
  • The customer is liable for each and every cost of returning goods and obtaining parcel tracking information since Tamara Concept One s.r.o. cannot accept any liability for lost/missing returns.
  • Dea Sportswear products must be returned unworn, unwashed, with the original labels still attached and folded in the original garment bag.
  • In case of return of damaged products or parts thereof that show signs of wear which do not comply with the return policy, the customer is is liable for the reduction of the value of the goods and Tamara Concept One s.r.o. has a right for reimbursement of that damage.
  • Once we have received a returned item, we will refund the amount paid to you and send you an e-mail confirming that the refund has been completed. Refunds will be made using the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account.
  • We do not refund the original shipping costs.
  • If you believe that you have received a defective product, please e-mail us at with a picture of the defect and the order number before returning the goods so that our production team can inspect the defect.
  • By ordering from DeaSportswear, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all of our shipping/return policies and conditions.
